Slotoh aims to complete standard verification within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases or those requiring additional review may take longer. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the verification period. Slotoh is not liable for any delays or losses resulting from the verification process where you have failed to provide complete documentation promptly.
Slotoh reserves the right to refuse verification, suspend account activity, or permanently close any account where documentation is insufficient, inconsistent, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
All monetary transactions on Slotoh are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following deposit methods are currently accepted on the Slotoh platform: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, or as otherwise stated on the deposit page for a specific payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under our KYC obligations.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your Slotoh account instantly under normal circumstances. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one business day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Slotoh is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
If your deposit is declined, please check with your payment provider before attempting again. Repeated failed deposit attempts from the same payment method may trigger a temporary hold on that method for security reasons. Contact Slotoh support for assistance with declined transactions.
Funds deposited into your Slotoh account must come from a payment method held in your own name. Deposits made by third parties on your behalf are not permitted. Where Slotoh determines that a deposit originated from a payment method not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal of your real-money account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and the completion of any applicable identity verification requirements.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This policy exists to protect players against unauthorised withdrawal requests. Where the original payment method cannot receive withdrawals, Slotoh will work with you to identify a suitable alternative subject to identity verification.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. All withdrawals are subject to a brief review by Slotoh's finance team before release. Slotoh does not impose arbitrary delays on real-money withdrawals from fully verified accounts.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until your balance reaches the minimum amount.
Funds credited as bonuses are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time subject to the conditions in this section. Note for Filipino Players: Slotoh does not charge a fee for standard GCash or Maya withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and plan. Always check your e-wallet's fee schedule before submitting a withdrawal request.

These individual game rules supplement these Terms and, in the event of a conflict, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics and outcome determination.
All Slotoh RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games use independently certified software that produces genuinely random outcomes. Game results are not influenced by bet size, session duration, account balance, or any other player-specific factors. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as stated in the individual game information panels.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, the result of the affected round may be voided and the corresponding wager returned to your account. Slotoh is not liable for losses arising from interrupted game sessions where the malfunction is attributable to your internet connection, device, or third-party network.

All live dealer bets placed are final once the betting period has closed, as indicated by the interface. Sports betting on Slotoh covers events across NBA basketball, MMA (UFC, ONE Championship), esports, and other markets as listed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. All bets are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type.
Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sports governing body, official league, or broadcast organisation. Slotoh reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of a disputed result. All times displayed in the Slotoh sportsbook are in Philippine Standard Time (PST, UTC+8).
A bet will be voided and your stake returned if: the event is cancelled or abandoned before it can be completed; a fighter or athlete withdraws before the event begins; the event is rescheduled to a date more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time; or the market is taken down in error. Parlays containing a voided leg will be recalculated as if the voided leg were not included.
Slotoh applies maximum bet and maximum payout limits to sportsbook markets. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Bets placed in excess of stated limits may be returned or reduced to the applicable maximum at Slotoh's discretion. Maximum single-bet payout across all sports markets is ₱5,000,000 unless specifically stated otherwise.
In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time and reflect the current state of the event at the moment of update. Bets placed on live markets are final and cannot be cancelled after confirmation. The cash-out feature is available on selected live markets and allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes for a calculated return based on current odds.
